ReLEAD

European Responsible Leadership Network

Where work meets civic engagement

About

ReLEAD is a free leadership training programme for people who want to build civic skills, resilience and social responsibility into their working life. It’s developed by The Civics Innovation Hub, a pan-European non-governmental organisation, and delivered in partnership with organisations across Europe — including Thanet Mediation Centre / The WayFinders Group, as ReLEAD’s local partner in Thanet.

The training — a three-level journey

1. Individual — two self-paced online units (60 minutes each), introducing civic participation and personal reflection.
2. Organisational — two live, transnational group workshops (90–120 minutes each), exploring the topic across your workplace and community.
3. Community — design a small ReLEAD Impact Spot: a small-scale project in your company or community that puts responsible leadership into practice.

Participants complete one core module (civic skills) and choose one further theme: building resilience and wellbeing, communication in challenging times, or environmental sustainability and social impact.
